You may return any item back to us within 30 days of your order with the exception of underwear or socks that have been removed from their original packaging.
The item must be in its original packaging with tags/labels intact except where a fault has developed since the item has been used.
Please ensure that a covering note is included within the parcel which should contain your name and address including postcode and the reason for return.
